1. Course and Workshop Refunds
1.1 Standard Courses
For our standard online courses, we do not offer refunds as these courses are delivered immediately upon purchase and provide instant access to all course materials.
1.2 Live Workshops
For live workshops (online or in-person), our refund policy is as follows:
- Full refund if cancellation is made at least 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled workshop date
- No refund for cancellations made less than 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled workshop
- Workshop registration may be transferred to another individual at no additional cost
2. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services, we handle refunds according to the following guidelines:
- Monthly subscriptions: No prorated refunds are provided for partial months
- Annual subscriptions: No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of annual subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing
3. Special Circumstances
We understand that special circumstances may arise. In the following situations, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy:
- Technical issues that significantly impair your ability to access our services
- Medical emergencies (documentation may be required)
- Service not as described or substantial content discrepancy from what was advertised
Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Include your full name, email address used for purchase, and order/transaction ID
- Provide a brief explanation for your refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
5. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible
- Credit/debit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days to process
- Alternative refund methods may be arranged in special circumstances
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are not eligible for refunds:
- Downloadable digital products once access has been provided
- Custom-developed training programs or consulting services
- Administrative fees and transaction charges
- Services marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
