1. Overview
At Analog Data AI, all our products and services are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. This includes access to learning tracks, AI projects, source code, video walkthroughs, and all other premium content.
Due to the nature of immediate digital delivery, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Once you gain access to our content, the delivery is complete and cannot be reversed.
By purchasing a subscription or making a payment on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
2. Subscription Plans
2.1 Free Plan
Our Free plan is completely free and does not require any payment. There are no refunds applicable for the Free plan.
2.2 Pro Plan
The Pro plan is a paid subscription that provides access to all premium features, projects, and content.
- Monthly Subscription: ₹1,499/month
- Annual Subscription: ₹14,388/year (Save 20%)
2.3 Enterprise Plan
Enterprise plans are custom-priced based on team size and requirements. Refund terms for Enterprise plans are specified in individual contracts.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Digital Products - No Refunds
All our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase. No refunds are available for any of the following:
- Pro plan subscriptions (monthly or annual)
- Enterprise plan subscriptions
- Workshop registrations
- Any other digital content or services
We strongly encourage you to explore our Free tier before making any purchase to ensure our platform meets your learning needs.
3.2 Subscription Renewals
Refunds are not available for subscription renewals (monthly or annual). If you do not wish to continue your subscription, please cancel before the renewal date.
3.3 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions:
- No refunds available - content is delivered immediately upon purchase
- No partial refunds for unused months
- You may cancel at any time, but access continues until the end of the billing period
3.4 Workshops and One-Time Purchases
For workshops and one-time purchases:
- No refunds available once registration is confirmed
- All workshop content (live and recorded) is delivered digitally
- In case of workshop cancellation by Analog Data, a full refund or credit will be provided
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
- Partially used subscription periods
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)
- Workshop registrations within 48 hours of the event
- Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at billing@analogdata.ai with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address and order/transaction ID
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary (additional 3-5 business days)
6.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card
- UPI: Refunded to the original UPI ID
- Net Banking: Refunded to the original bank account
- Wallets: Refunded to the original wallet
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to your account at labs.analogdata.ai
- Go to Account Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
7.2 After Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan after the billing period ends
- Your progress and data will be preserved
- You can resubscribe at any time
8. Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding a charge or refund:
- Please contact us first at billing@analogdata.ai
- We will work with you to resolve the issue within 5 business days
- If we cannot resolve the dispute, you may contact your payment provider
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new policy.
