1.1 Standard Courses

For our standard online courses, we do not offer refunds as these courses are delivered immediately upon purchase and provide instant access to all course materials.

1.2 Live Workshops

For live workshops (online or in-person), our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund if cancellation is made at least 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled workshop date
• No refund for cancellations made less than 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled workshop
• Workshop registration may be transferred to another individual at no additional cost

2. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services, we handle refunds according to the following guidelines:

• Monthly subscriptions: No prorated refunds are provided for partial months
• Annual subscriptions: No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of annual subscriptions
• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing

• Technical issues that significantly impair your ability to access our services
